Join Initiatives to Combat Climate Change, ICCC
The aim of these initiatives is to stimulate and facilitate climate action.
Did you take the online course or do you anyhow want to get engaged? Is there a critical issue that you are especially concerned about; globally, in your country or in your community? How well are your Governments; national and local, transferring to a clean energy, sustainable future? Is Sustainable Lifestyle an area you would like to look into? Here you find inspiration, get and exchange experience, and get a chance to connect with people with the same concerns.
One initiative is the CO2 Savers. You connect with people from different countries who also want to save CO2, by modifying their lifestyle. You develop your plans and targets and add the CO2 you saved, with those your group fellows saved, and you see month by month how together, you make a difference. The Hero Group is announced on the Outreach page in the website and in social media, and Role Models are being developed.
Other examples of issues are those related to clean energy and jobs, transport, health and wellbeing, clean air, floods and draughts, forests, land and food, legal frameworks and policies, climate emergency.
We work over internet, with the support of ‘it is about us’.
